Warranty Policy

Resilient Sounds Speaker/Subwoofer warranty covers manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase if purchased from an authorized Resilient Sounds Dealer.

This warranty does NOT cover improper installation, accidental damage, burnt or unwound coil, abuse, improper wiring, operation outside of suggested use, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation, damage due to clipping or distortion, and ripped/torn or burnt spiders, lead wire, cones, and/or surrounds, and any repairs or alterations done by anyone other than Resilient Sounds, any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.

If the product is found to be defective and under warranty shipping both ways will be free of charge. Resilient Sounds has sole discretion to choose to repair or replace a product that is under warranty. If your speaker is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you shipping both ways will be billed to you.

This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase with the original invoice or receipt.

The customer/dealer is responsible for packaging the product properly any damage incurred during shipping the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement in the event of shipping damage.

                                                                 TARAMPS WARRANTY 

All Taramps purchased from us comes with a 1 year repair warranty from the date of purchase. We will offer an exchange within 30days of purchase if there is an issue with your amp. The buyer is responsible for shipping to the repair center or us. The repair and shipping back is covered by the warranty process. We recommend sending directly to the repair center of your choosing, instead of sending back to us.

Include inside the box, sales receipt, Name, Phone #, return address, and what's currently wrong with the amp. Turn around time is usually 3-8 weeks depending on repair centers availability of parts or how many amps they currently need to repair. So it is best to contact the repair center of your choosing for a better ETA of completion time of your amp.

If the amp was purchased from one of our authorized dealers you will need an invoice or receipt of the purchase from them.
