Resilient Sounds Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once orders are placed through the website or by phone, orders can be cancelled & refunded until its shipped. If the item(s) have already shipped and would like to still cancel & get refunded, please ship your order back to us.
Resilient Sounds will only accept returns within 30 days of arrival. Returns will only be accepted if its in its original un-opened packaging. Due to the nature of aftermarket car audio equipment we can’t accept returns on used items
Return shipping must be provided by the purchaser. Once product is returned, we will issue a full refund. If product is deemed opened or used, we can’t issue a refund for such item(s). If the product is deemed warrantable then we can issue a replacement or repair and send back at Resilient Sounds Expense.

Resilient Sounds Speaker/Subwoofer warranty covers manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase if purchased from an authorized Resilient Sounds Dealer.
This warranty does NOT cover improper installation, accidental damage, burnt or unwound coil, abuse, improper wiring, operation outside of suggested use, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation, damage due to clipping or distortion, and ripped/torn or burnt spiders, lead wire, cones, and/or surrounds, and any repairs or alterations done by anyone other than Resilient Sounds, any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product. If the product is found to be defective and under warranty shipping both ways will be free of charge. Resilient Sounds has sole discretion to choose to repair or replace a product that is under warranty. If your speaker is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you shipping both ways will be billed to you. This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase with the original invoice or receipt. The customer/dealer is responsible for packaging the product properly any damage incurred during shipping the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement in the event of shipping damage.
